Delivery Policy

We deliver our products only within the United Arab Emirates. We do not use any third-party service to deliver our products. We deliver all orders placed on our website by ourselves. Once the customer places the order on our website, he/she will receive an email confirmation in the email address provided by him/her with the order details.

Deliveries shall be made on the date specified by the customer at the time of placing the order, unless there are difficulties owing to any reason beyond our control such as border control in the light of the COVID pandemic, unresponsive/ unavailability of recipients, among other reasons.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the time of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. All orders in Dubai will be delivered within three hours and in UAE will be six hours after placing orders.

*Free delivery all over UAE on orders above 150 AED. For orders below 150 AED, there will be a flat charge of 45 AED as a Shipping charge. Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. We advise customers to provide us with the complete delivery address along with local contact details at the time of placing the order(s) to avoid any delays/incorrect deliveries.
